Added support for Franca 0.10.0 and updated Franca examples for 0.10. #18

Added URL and MD5 entries for Franca 0.10.0 and for the updated example.zip. I used install_automation to test installing the beta version so I can give this to you to save you some work, Gunnar :-).

Additionally did some tweaking of pathes in order avoid duplicate entries.

Merged this on a local branch, will be on master soon.

Klaus, I see you here provide a new site_...zip file on google drive.
After merging I decided to update the project to use the new update site instead.

I had tried it already before so I pulled that in.

That actually simplifies and removes a special case coded for the site-zip file. Removing code is good :-)
