Very important we fix ASAP as this affects our reports to clients via PB.
@johnsisland to use the first image as an example, that image is pointing to: http://d1wc6uxuofunq0.cloudfront.net/system/images/W1siZiIsIjIwMTYvMDgvMDMvMTgvMzkvNDMvMzgxLzQ2M1NNb3NzXzEuanBnIl1d/463SMoss-1.jpg
Which was at one point an image. But was later removed.
Looking at the code, there is no handling of this - if an image is deleted, we don't delete the image in PB - in fact, I'm not sure that's possible.
I'll have to ask the PB team.
In the meantime, you can safely delete the images from PB without worry. Which I have done for this particular item.
I'll close this and open a new issue for deleting an image on PB when an image is deleted in Refinery.
If it's marked "closed" does that mean it's fixed? This still confuses me
Did you see my comment i left on it?

We still haven't resolved the issue of PB identifying the first image as the main "expose" image per the website's first image in addition to it overriding any changes we make. I'm seeing all sorts of listings that show a bedroom, bathroom or view as the first image in Expose, which is affecting our reports.
Why can't the website feed new photos if anything has changed in a listing? Can it just resend the data and refresh? I don't change listing photos very often, but I'm not Ok with manually doing this in PB. Can you reopen this issue?
Here are examples per some recent reports. See attached.
What did the PB team say? They gave me a 3rd party contact of someone who has customized PB for a few years now. He was recommended to help us find a way to export a specific report using a field that manages which current mailing address for our contact records since PB can't do it. Would it help to reach out to him to resolve this issue? This is a major issue for us. i5fusions.com; jarrett@i5fusion.com
@johnsisland I'm really confused. Your last comment doesn't seem to have anything to do with blank images.
As for this ticket - yes. It's closed. I opened a new ticket to explore why PB's expose is not working.
One problem. One ticket. Otherwise, it's nearly impossible to keep up with.
I think this is related, as we are seeing all the past images as blanks, then the new images.

That's what I'm asking about. How does that relate to broken images?
I thought you said that PB can't do anything about updating deleted photos. Maybe this guy can help?
Oh no. This has nothing to do with customizing PB. I created a new ticket for implementing deletion of photos via Salesforce API. I tagged you in that ticket when I created it.

The major problem here is that there's no way to tell WHEN those blank images appeared on Salesforce, so there are two things I'm dealing with here:
1) When images are deleted on Refinery - they don't get deleted from PB - this is a large task that involves more integration with their API 2) Is this the only reason blank images are appearing? And that's what I just don't know. I think it is, but there's no way to know for sure. Maybe they're from way back when we were doing migrations. It would help greatly if you could do some spot checking until this issue is resolved. Like - before you update an image on refinery, just check it on PB first to see if there are blank images. Then add the images in refinery and go back to PB and see if there are blank images?
Ok I understand better now. My observation thus far is that the blank images appear whenever I change any Refinery record after the initial migration to PB. So any "old" listing, that comes back on, or an existing listing (in Refinery) that needs new photos, it will not delete the PB one, but leave us with blanks followed by the new ones.
I would like it to operate much like I see the Luxury Real Estate feed, in that it matches exactly to our photos, including the order, of our JIRE website. I want PB to match the website photos & order, too. The first photo in Refinery, always marked as the Expose photo in PB, too.
Can you look into why I'm seeing "blank" photos in PB's images? Here is an example of where I just saw this: https://na16.salesforce.com/a09j00000098CiA?srPos=0&srKp=a09
I'm thinking it's because these were images I had replaced on the website, and somehow are not updating properly into PB? They appear as blank images. There are more "blank" images further down so it's not just the beginning ones. I know from this property that I had updated the website with new exteriors and a view, plus an interior. This is affecting our PB reports as the reports for any property pull the first image as it's thumbnail. I don't know how to check for other images, but would you start here and help us figure out what may be happening please?
