New Listing notification wasn't received today - 400 Ocean Road #175

Today, I updated this hidden record by: adding "new listing" banner, end after "3 weeks", and checked "active" and hit save.

I have not received an new listing notification yet, and it's been over an hour. Not working again?

This was because the password for the email user needed to be updated after you reactivated it.

I just did this and am deploying now

Just to be sure I'm understanding.. :) Are you saying the "website@johns...." email is the one used to send those notifications, therefore I didn't receive it due to it being deactivated?

Something isn't working again.

That's exactly right. I just got a notification about 20 minutes ago so it's working again.

Still not working.

Last night I mentioned that I would test again the price change for 777 Sea Oak Drive #703. You got your notification b/c you have it as a favorite and I updated the record with a "price change" banner. (the price was already changed last week, but the notifications weren't working).

To test if it's working, I did the following:

checked live end to confirm it appears in the "price change" filter
opened Refinery record, changed it from "price change" to "active" and from "remaining time on banner" to "never", saved
checked LIVE site to confirm it NO LONGER appears in the "price change" filter
opened Refinery record, changed "active" to "price change", banner to "2 weeks", saved
checked LIVE site to confirm it now APPEARS in the "price change" filter
- Have not seen the website@ email send a notification out.

I need this to work ASAP.

You are welcome to test that Refinery record 777 Sea Oak Drive #703. It had a price change last week.

If you are not, then the emails are probably being blocked for some reason

and I don't mean sent to spam. I actually mean blocked.
