Help synching revised Web & Refinery listings: 230 Clarkson Lane #258

Regarding 230 Clarkson Lane, we had to create 2 separate records in Refinery for the same address because the seller is selling his lot, but later on had partnered with a builder to offer a Spec house. He wanted us to advertise both, and find both via a search on our website. This lead to the following 2 listings in Refinery:

REFINERY & PB records:

Today, he announced that he isn't going to sell or advertise the Spec house. In order to clean up our listings, I did the following:

I thought that by having both PB and Refinery with the same title, the records would match and synch, but it didn't. I went back into PB's revised "230 Clarkson Lane" record and saw the URL was still showing "...../listings/230-Clarkson-Lane-Lot", so I edited it to "..../listings/230-Clarkson-Lane". Still it didn't synch.

I went back to the Refinery record and made another text/description change in an attempt to force it to synch, but still nothing.

Everything should match up, but PB is not showing any of my changes since altering the PB & Refinery record in an attempt to clean them up.

So, can you force these two records to synch?: PB (notice the images are not showing up either): https://na16.salesforce.com/a09j00000098Cp9?srPos=0&srKp=a09

Let me try one thing really quickly. It might do the trick. If not, this is going to require a bit more.... creative tinkering.
