Revise Search "Price" Filter by adding picklist values #260

We would like to update our Search Listing filters by PRICE to 2 fields: Minimum and Maximum price with the following pick list values:

Min. Price: $200,000 $500,000 $750,000 $1,000,000 $2,000,000 $3,000,000 $4,000,000 $5,000,000 $6,000,000 $7,000,000

Max. Price: $500,000 $750,000 $1,000,000 $2,000,000 $3,000,000 $4,000,000 $5,000,000 $6,000,000 $7,000,000 Over $10,000,000

I just saw the new update and it looks great! The only issue is once you select a MIN and MAX price range, the values don't reset. So if you leave that page and come back to it, you'll see the correct view showing our highest priced listing, but the MIN & MAX price ranges are still displaying from the last selection, which is confusing. For example, I had picked $200,000 MIN and $500,000 MAX, then left that page and navigated back to it, and found the filters cleared and the LISTINGS page showed the highest priced properties, but the price still showed $200,000 and $500,000...but saw multimillion dollar listings.

I would like to suggest that the price MIN and MAX default to a " - - " or blank or "none" option for each pick list; and clear or reset after you leave the page like the rest of the filters do. Also, do we need a "no min" or no max" option? Meaning I don't care, I want to see all prices?

Does that make sense?

How about making the Min and Max pick list value automatically set to "any" upon loading and refreshing...just like the bed & bath filter currently shows. The same for price Min and Max, so they are consistent.

Deploying now.

One point - the bed & bath DOES remember. I messed that up with the Min / Max deploy

So now they'll all act the same and "remember" your search options
