Web browser issues w/ PB not displaying photos, doc and google Map area #262

I've mentioned this before, but maybe not in GitHub? I need help figuring out why I can "see" PB's photos, docs and Google Map sections when using Chrome. If I use Safari it works but Safari has its own issues with PB, and they suggest we use Chrome. No one knows why my Chrome started doing this around early October.

I've also noticed other websites (enrolling classes on-line at my gym) will stop working when trying to sign up for a class. In the lower left corner, I see "javascript:show Class()" appear and nothing happens in both Safari and Chrome, but my iPhone will work. I'm stumped.

My IT guy can't figure it out either. He updated all my browsers (matched to others in the office that don't have this issue) and even reinstalled Chrome, and updated my computer's Java.

Any ideas what's may be wrong?

Found the old post about this when I didn't know what was happening: https://github.com/gunnertech/jire2/issues/246#issuecomment-248738867

Reinstalling Chrome would not remove your old Chrome profile.

I imagine it's something in there.

Honestly, someone who's role is "IT" will know much more about removing and reinstalling programs that I would, but I do know that just deleting an app and reinstalling it doesn't remove your settings.

This might be a good place to start to remove all your settings and try again though. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

I just figured it out. Even though I had triple checked this several times to verify I had Salesforce URL:

In Chrome's PRIVACY > Content Settings > Block 3rd party cookies and site data > manage exceptions. I had included their URL in 2014 when we started just to get PB to work, but SF must have updated something b/c I see now that it's changed from: "pba.na16.visual.force.com" to "https://na16.salesforce.com". (Maybe after their recent update?) I can't believe they didn't point me in that direction. It's resolved now.
