Refinery & PB photo syncing issue

Tues, I had created a new listing in Refinery (731 Manatee Cove), which is hidden (not checked for sale). 1) Tues afternoon: added photos 2) Wed: deleted all photos, added new photos and updated the aerial shot 2-3 times after making color corrections; updated the square footage to 6,536 gross square feet. 3) Today: I checked PB to see how the listing record looked and EVERY photo I had uploaded (old and new and duplicates) are all in the image bank. Plus the square footage isn't updating.

The PB's Listing History section on the Listing record shows that I had updated the "size" to 6,537 (basically the website updating the PB record), however the PB "SF Gross" field isn't showing that update.

What we were told to send is this:

I didn't do anything to do that, they looked that way when I opened Salesforce

2) The SF Gross vs Size thing, I think you have to tell me what you want me to do there. Like - do you want me to send square footage for both "SF_Grossc" and "pbaTotalArea_pb__c"

3) I made a change to the listings and saved it just to see if it would sync and it did

I don't know what "Total area" field is. I only know what I see on the screen (not behind the scenes).

I've circled the two fields that should sync to one another (see attached screen shots). As for the images, why did I see 130+ images, then you didn't? I'm not confident the image syncing is working the way it should. What if I hadn't mentioned the images...so all the agents are seeing 130+ duplicate images?

As for the images - I have no clue. Unfortunately Salesforce doesn't have history for the images like it does activities such as changing the bathtub. It could have been cached for you. It may have been that PropertyBase didn't run it immediately. There certainly was no error generated on our end.

Or again - maybe it's something that you're doing that's so minute, I didn't even think about it.

But, I'd say this was pretty isolated since we haven't had any other problems.

I watched your video. I'm not doing anything differently.

My PB doesn't refresh as quickly as yours, nor do I "see" the actual photos deleting and added back in. The only way I can see what's going on is if I refresh the page. I'm still trying to use Chrome. Tell me more about caching. Sounds like that may be what's happening. Remember I had issues before with my Chrome.

Also keep in mind that no one is really checking for issues like I am. Today I just decided to see how the database handled all the photo deleting, updating for our new listing. What I found in PB was every photo I had added, regardless if it was deleted. So I'm thinking something isn't working correctly with caching. Is this a browser issue or computer issue?

I think it works. I have to remember to check PB photos & docs using Safari, b/c Chrome is still acting wacky.

Today I created a new Refinery listing record (370 Llwyd's Lane) in which it has only one photo. I went to PB and checked that listing and found the one photo is duplicated in the images tab and the Description and Web URL link isn't coming over. I went back to the Refinery record and hit "save", then refreshed the PB record to find it duplicated the image and still no Description or Web URL link.

Oh, and the price isn't mapping over too. I can't tell what mapped over from the Refinery record, and what was manually entered already by the agent in PB.

This is based on the rules we set up with whatever his name is/was.

The link you sent in the ticket is for https://na16.salesforce.com/a09j000000Emrc8

So that's issue #1

The second issue is the price not carrying over.

We removed "pba__ListingPrice_pb__c" (which is that field) from the synchronization a couple months ago. The only thing I have noted on that is "per Robyn".

If there are no active PB records, or a single PB record for Refinery to synch to, it should sync to the most recent "closed" date: Closing_Date__c

I understand that upon saving a Refinery record, it will apply these rules again to PB.

Hi Cody, I'm not seeing a correction. Regarding the 370 Llwyd's Lane example, the Refinery record should be linking to the PB record as shown below. It is the most recent "closed" transaction and isn't listed for sale. It's still linking to a middle transcation from 1982. See screen shot of all PB record transactions and notice the "closing date". It should be linking to Mr. Milnor's record which closed in 2017.

OK. This is miscommunication based on having multiple problems in one issue.

The issue of the first photo not showing up in the pdf preview template is resolved.
