Contact Us form - Sales & Rental News checkboxes are not appearing as checked (but they are) #277

At the bottom of the form, the two checkboxes for: "I would like to receive: Sales News and/or Rentals News" appear to be UNCHECKED.

I just sent a test and received the email, which says I've signed up for Sales & Rental news, but the checkboxes were NOT checked when I was filling out the form by default. I believe we did want them to both be checked by default, but it doesn't visually show they are...which isn't good. Looks deceptive. Can you look at it please? thanks (see screen shot of my email showing I signed up for both lists)

You had wanted those UNCHECKED on the contact page, both checked on the registration page and sales checked on the subscription page.

I fixed the error where they are erroneously signed up despite not checking the boxes and am deploying now.
