Can't add a PDF floor plan without Refinery page loading error #278

I need to update the floor plan on 80 Stingaree Point asap, but when I go to save the PDF (500± kb) file, Refinery gives me the "Sorry, but something went wrong" error. Not sure why. Same PDF I uploaded yesterday, but had to make a text edit and re-upload.

I just tested another floor plan PDF file that has been used on the website before, and it failed too.

Getting another "Sorry something's wrong" when I tried to search a listing in Refinery. Wasnt even uploading anything and now can't log into Refinery with out the error. Can you help?

CORRECTION: I can now log in, but can't access the other tabs:

Only the following pages/tabs work: Dashboard Listings Images Users

The rest give an error.

@johnsisland just successfully edited https://johnsislandrealestate.com/refinery/listings/60-oyster-cut and loaded the listings tab

I still can't get this to work/save without the error.

I am replacing the text, then selecting the status "New Listing", then hitting save - and error occurs.

Got it. Changing status was the key
