Generating JSON results gunrock/io naming conventions and tags #42

use better tags why the test was conducted should go under tags.

include the branch somewhere in the JSON master, dev, which branch it ran on?

allow multiple tags --tag=x --tag=y that could output a [x,y] vector in tags

naming convention for directories [# of apps]Apps.[operating_system]_[gpu]x[# of gpus]_[branch] 5Apps.ubuntu16.04_v100x1_master

or

[app].[operating_system]_[gpu]x[# of gpus]_[branch] BC.ubuntu14.04_K40cx1
