Add to .gitignore `tags' #2

For the Pathogen users like me, would be great to have the `tags' file added to .gitignore. So when the doc is generated, the tags file doesn't show as untracked content with git status.

I never saw your issue! Sorry.

I am also a Pathogen user, and I enjoy checking in my tags to my repo. Since doc/tags is not generated by XtermColorTable, the reponsibility properly relies elsewhere (like your dotfiles' top .gitignore).
