Ranking system adds points on suiciding #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable ranking
2.Type "rank" into the console to display your console
3.Type "kill" into the gameconsole
4.Recheck your points

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should loose points, or at least not gain any points for suciding.
Instead, i get more points

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2T on Win7 SRCDS
