Vote accept popup closes itself when you select accept or decline. #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Type @menu
2. Select Vote management > Single map vote
3. Select any map > Immediately > accept or decline 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output on accepting the vote is the map will changed if you select 
it to change immediately. Instead the menu disappears and the admin needs to 
wait for the vote timer to end.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

00:27:40 Mani Admin Plugin 2009 V1.2U VSP Orange, www.mani-admin-plugin.com
         Server Tickrate 66
         Windows server

Windows Server 2008 SP2 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Game: CSS

And i did perform a local test and also ran into this, so there seem to be a 
small problem with the voting managment system waiting for acceptance.

Isn't this by design?  I started a vote, and chose what I wanted.  Once the 
voting period ended the map changed immediately, instead of waiting for the 
round to end.

Well, before if you choose to change the map immidiately, and if the vote won, 
admin who started the vote gets a popup menu asking to accept the vote. We 
still get that popup menu but its not "active". If we press 1 for yes, the 
popup closes as if we pressed 0 and mani automatically accepts the vote on the 
admins behalf after 30 seconds.

I just ran it, and it asked me if I wanted to accept.  I pressed 1 for yes and 
it said it would change in 5 seconds .... which it did.  Seems to be working 
just fine.
