Crash on WindowsXP #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use 1.2U on WinXP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work fine, but too persons are reporting crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2U on SRCDS / Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't have WinXP installed anymore, so i can not verify this bug. Though, 
WinXP is already pretty outdated already

I tested this issue on WinXP and yes it seems that SRCDS will crash if you load 
mani.

EDIT: Working fine one Windows XP SP3 32-bit. Just needed to update 
gametypes.txt with the one from php gametype.txt generator.
