webshortcutlist.txt doesn't ignore header informations in "favourites" menu #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start your server with Mani and type "favourites" into the menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see the default links in the webshortcutlist.txt, plugin and google. 
Instead, you do see the entire contect of the webshortcutlist.txt including the 
outcommented header informations

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2U on Win7 64bit SRCDS

Please provide any additional information below.
Don't know if versions >1.2U are also affected
