Build Multi Map User Vote -> Menu "hangs"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the menu and click on "Build Multi Map Vote"
2.Select some random maps, then press "0 - Exit"
3.Reopen the menu and select "Start Multi Map Vote"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The vote should start. Instead, the menu closes and that's it, you've got to 
cancel the vote, since it doesn't get executed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 SRCDS on 1.2V (latest build)

Please provide any additional information below.
Might be related to the same menu problem we've already encountered earlier
