Mani fails to create folder and log file for writing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.mani_log_mode 3
mani_log_directory "mani_logs"

2. Any admin action that requires mani to write log
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mani should be able to write logs but is unable to because the folder hasn't 
been created.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 2003 Server

Mani Admin Plugin 2010 V1.2V VSP Orange, www.mani-admin-plugin.com
Server Tickrate 66
Windows server
mani_admin_build_date
"mani_admin_build_date" = "Aug 27 2010"
 - The date this binary was built.

Please provide any additional information below.
Can be easily solved by including the mani_logs folder in the package.
