The "top" ranks menu closes after 5 seconds regardless of time set in mani_stats_top_display_time #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable TOP and ranks/stats
2.Join server and type top in chat
3.Menu disappears after 5 seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If mani_stats_top_display_time is set to 20, the top menu should close after 20 
seconds.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mani Admin Plugin v1.2vb
Windows Server 2003
