CS:GO - Weapon restriction causes crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install latest M-A-P version and restrict a weapon to a specifc number
2.Keep the weapon until the next round so it would be taken away because of the 
restrcition and refunded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Weapons should be restricted, instead weapon restriction causes crashes on 
round start if a player has equipped a restricted weapon. (Probably because of 
mani_weapon_restrict_refund_on_spawn 1)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This only seems to affect weapon restrictions via .cfg files and / or the 
weapon_restrict.txt
