Missing Sprite Material Message #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading the Game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/tp_beam001.vmt!
Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/plasmabeam.vmt!
Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/lgtning.vmt!
Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/sprite_fire01.vmt!
Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/orangelight1.vmt!
Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/bluelight1.vmt!
Unable to load sprite material materials/sprites/blueglow2.vmt!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Mani Admin Plug-in V.1.2.22.13a (CS:GO Version)
Windows 7 Pro (home testing) + Rented gameservers Windows server

Please provide any additional information below.

Error showed up after Mani install on rented server.
Tested on Home server, fresh install.  no Errors with no Plugins or Mods.  
Installed mani and had the error show up - only MM and MAP installed.

Fix by revision 505. Other missing materials are present.
