Server crahses when using ingame menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using the ingame admin menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A crashing server -.-

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WIN 7 Ultimate, Serverversion of today (2012-10-26), Version 1.2.22.9 orange, 
serversetup after this tut:
