Fix Create gametypes.txt for ALL games #191

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create gametypes.txt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Failed to open /valve/orangebox/tf/bin/server.so - error 
/valve/orangebox/tf/bin/server.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file 
or directory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please fix the Create gametypes.txt for ALL GAMES.  Not everyone here plays 
conterstrike source or global offensive.

Not a gametypes.txt problem. Use plugin_load addons/mani_admin_plugin_i486.so 
to rebuild the mani_admin_plugin.vdf autoload.
