What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Try to load Mani in an Orange Box SourceMM environment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The server should run

This is due to the plugin trying to see if another version of mani is already 
loaded.
 This happens BEFORE the global ICvar pointer is assigned.
