*.html files in /data don't get autocreated anymore in /data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install MAP
2.Start the server
3.Check the /cfg/mani_admin_plugin/data folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be an autogenerated command_help.html & cvar_help.html. Those
files don't get created anymore

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2T on Win7 SRCDS, mani_admin_build_date 17.12.2009

Please provide any additional information below.
Those might be related to the changes that the .html files are supposed to
be autoupdated now, instead of the earlier state, where they were hardcoded
into the plugin and then just reproduced.

Can't reproduce on mine.  Going to close for now and see if it can be repeated 
in the
future

Ok, the first time you start it, the files aren't created.  The second time 
they are.
