mani_reserve_slots_redirect not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In your mani_server.cfg, set:

// The IP address of the server you wish to redirect players to. Leave it
blank 
// if you do not want redirection to be used
mani_reserve_slots_redirect "The ServerIP"

2.Connect to your server and wait for the reconnection attemp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The server should offer me to be reconnected to another server, this offer
can be accepted by pressing F3. Instead, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2T on Win7 SRCDS

Got this working ... if I can't get the player kicked, this will only work when 
slots
are actually reserved as opposed to the new method of being able to join with a 
full
server.
