meta unload causes Mani Admin Plugin to crash if Mani is loaded as MM:S Plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Metamod 1.8 & Mani Admin Plugin 1.2T as MM:S Plugin
2.Run meta unload and try to unload Mani Admin Plugin

What is the expected output?
The plugin should get unloaded and the mani_admin_plugin.vdf in the
/addons/metamod folder should get removed

What do you see instead?
The gameserver crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mani Admin Plugin V.1.2T on Win 7 SRCDS, tested with Cs:S and TF2

I've tried my plugin and mani.  They both try and reload on server quit.  So if 
this
is a SMM bug, we'll have to wait for a fix from them.  Until then I'll try to 
figure
out a way to fix from our end ....
