make views

We should decide the theme about this app to make views.

index.html is only for mobile phones and show.html is only for PC web browser.

I assume following use cases:

• Attendees access index.htmlby their phones to send へえ and view how many へえｓ they have sent.
• I, an operator of PC, access show.html and display by the projector to show summation of へえs.

So I will create show.html. It'll be simple counter just to show the number. Could you create theme of mobile phone?
