chatterbot still won't load with latest anaconda/python 3.8.5 #2126

I have no idea how to get chatterbot to load chatterbot_error.pdf . Any help would be appreciated. I've reloaded anaconda 5 times. here is a snippet, I also attached a file that shows the 245 pages worth of errors.

I am running into this, we use python 3.8 and above as now 3.9 is rolling out. 

Using cached spacy-2.1.9.tar.gz (30.7 MB)

gets used when spacy doesn't have a wheel for thee version of python you are running, and 2.1.9 only supports through python 3.7, we need the maintainers of this repo to help us get this project up to a newer version of python, so that they can also upgrade their requirements to a newer version of spacy, so we can run a python app with chatterbot on something newer than 3.7 python.
