Chips support #2281

Please add chips (suggested actions) support to suggest sample questions for the user related to the conversation.

This is an older ticket but I'm attempting to triage some of the issues in this repository. Chips is somewhat of a broad term and I'm not sure I know exactly what that functionality would look like. If you or anyone else could provide links to reference examples or existing documentation that would seriously help me determine if "chips" is something this project could possibly support.

(Purely for fun), but programming and software terminology is notorious for "overloading" terms, so I submit for consideration some other chips:
