Does ChatterBot work with Python 3.6? #2369

Hello, I want to make an AI Chatbot that learns from the user on ubuntu but when I try to install ChatterBot with pip3 it errors out with

I am thinking this is because Pyyaml is not compatible with python 3.6.9 but I don't know how to fix this. so long story short how do I install ChatterBot on python 3.6.9

UPDATE: some how I was able to install on RPI 4. I will leave this open for others having this problem
