how to make a chinese-english dictionary like this? #1

i find a google chrome extension that using this dictionary. it's very useful for me. but unfortunately it don't support chinese. so i want to make a chinese version. how can i do it. i can pay for it if necessary. これらはGoogle翻訳からのものです：私はこの辞書を使ってGoogle Chromeの拡張子を見つけました。それは私にとって非常に便利ですが、中国語をサポートしていないので、私は中国語版を作りたいと思います。

Thank you for your comment and suggestion for adding Mandarin entries. Adding "zh" entries into kantan-ej-dictionary.json will work. 我现在学习汉语。所以，英汉词典很有用。😄

i have made a english-chinese dictionary that base on your ej dicionary. and i have a question here, pls tell me. how do you get the "svl_level" field? thx in advance.

SVL is defined by ALC, A Japanese company. Once ALC made a SVL word list available in their web site, but that isn't available now. You are able to get the SVL list by buying a 英辞郎 book sold in Japan by ALC.
