I guess we follow the packaging process from this: https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow-providers/#creating-your-own-providers and then push to PyPI?

Yep, we should 100% follow this. I was looking at some guidance from astronomer but, I have to admit, this is the first I'm reading guidance direct from the Airflow docs 😬.
