Excerptor text services are not available in macOS 10.12 Sierra #8

In macOS 10.12, when any text is selected in Preview app or Skim app, there will be no contextual text services available (including Excerptor's Excerptor: Excerpt Selection To Pasteboard and Excerptor: Excerpt Selection To File).

This is probably introduced by macOS 10.12's new PDFKit framework.

In Excerptor 1.2, I added a special version of Excerptor app for macOS 10.12.

This version provides the services Excerptor: Excerpt Selection To Pasteboard and Excerptor: Excerpt Selection To File as general services rather than text services. So they can work on macOS 10.12.

The new problems are,

These two services can be called even when nothing is selected.
Calling these two services makes current window lose focus. #9
