colrules not respected on small screen #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a small screen (1024x600)
2. Open two clients
3. Send one of them to the right, opening a new column.

What is the expected result? What do you see instead?
Using the standard colrules 62+38, I would expect the new (right) column to be
smaller than the first (left) one, but they are about equal in width.

What version of the product are you using (wmii -v)? On what operating
system (uname -a)?
wmii-hg2750, using the sh wmiirc.

Please provide any additional information below.
It behaves correctly when opening a new column on the left and it does work on
larger screens (although these larger screens live in a Xinerama setup, so I
don't know if it really works on a single larger screen).

I just had to use wmii on another computer with a single screen (1920x1200),
and there the colrules are also not respected, I always get equal-sized columns
despite having the golden colrule. Obviously it is not a small-screen problem.

Both computers where it does not work are i686 and single-screened, while the
other one (where it works) is dual-screen Xinerama and x86_64.

Tested this further, as it was beginning to annoy me more and more:
This is really only an issue with the i686 (and probably any non-x86_64)
architecture, but happens regardless of screen size and number of screens;
disregard what I wrote before about that.

Agreed, could not reproduce issue on x86_64.

Did not try on i686 because I don't have any.

Works for me in i686 mode on a 1024x768x24 Xephyr screen.
