Latest version of Messenger keyboard shortcuts completely disabeled AFAIK #27

Tested on:

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the shortcuts plugin, still not working.

Could this be related to the latest functionality merge between Instagram Messenger and Facebook Messenger?

Thanks for reporting this. It looks like there was a UI update and now the extension no longer works.

I pushed an update (3.0.0) that fixes some (but not all) of the shortcuts.

Unfortunately, the listing in the Chrome Web Store has to be reviewed, so it could take weeks to update there.

Never mind, it's been published.

The shortcuts that are still broken are

Alt+Up/Down – Jump to conversation one above/below
Alt+Shift+A – Open conversation actions menu
Alt+Shift+E – Send a like/emoji (hold to send larger version)
Alt+Shift+F – Search in current conversation
Alt+Shift+/ – Display help dialog

I'll try to fix these next week. Happy to accept PRs in the meantime if anyone wants to take a shot at them.

I fixed the help dialog and send-emoji button (4.0.0, pending review on the Chrome Web Store).

I couldn't fix the remaining ones, so I've removed them completely.

I'll package and update the add-on on the Firefox store ASAP as well.
