This is really strange. It works properly with stock Android 4.2.1, so I'm not
sure what might be different on CM.
Some questions for you:
1. Do the buttons continue to work once debug mode has been toggled on and off?
2. Do the buttons appear to respond to touch (there should be a momentary
highlight) or do they seem to be disabled?
3. Anything interesting in `adb logcat` when you try to use these buttons?

mmm. it is possibility that it is cm bug because it is a nightly builds..
answers to questions:
1. buttons stops to work when i disable debug and begins when reenable.
2. buttons in all modes respond to touch. i see highlite but hothing more
happens.
3. attached log from catlog after several tapping on buttons with debug
disabled. nothing tell by it myself..

tried to switch modes, tap buttons, draw.. seems nothing changes in logs.
attached filtered by "markers" log..

Bug was in cyanogenmod 10.1 and solved in between latest nightlies for i9300
and n7100 (= something in this commits
