Thank you for your work, Please ask how do I request the HPKS dataset from Johns Hopkins Hospital？

Hi, you may send an email to Prof. Shanshan Jiang (sjiang21@jhmi.edu). Currently, we are still working on obtaining the permission from JHH, which is the hardest part.

I I'm sorry I didn't get it. Is there a link or detailed description of the application related to this dataset, please? You have used the HPKS dataset in your article, why you are still working on obtaining the permission?

This is an in-house dataset. The data was acquired between 2010 and 2018 in Johns Hopkins Hospital. More information can be found at this paper (https://aacrjournals.org/clincancerres/article/25/2/552/125805/Identifying-Recurrent-Malignant-Glioma-after). We obtained consent from each subject to conduct research in JHH but releasing their information to public need additional permission.
