在查词面板中搜索的单词，不会出现在新词面板，也没有添加到单词列表的选项，是我操作问题吗？ #175

在弹出的单词面板里直接输入搜索，也不会出现在新词面板。只有划词才行。有时候想搜索了添加到单词本。

目前设计就是这样的，单独查词就认为只是想查词，不添加到另一个面板
