Highlighting the current heading rarely updates itself

When clicking at a heading to jump to that heading, in the sandbox vault, it immediately highlights the new heading. But in my vault, it never updates. I must scroll to other heading which is currently not in the view to make it update. I use a lot of extensions but my vault is not lag at all. I will test what extensions might cause the problem after asking you about any possible reasons for this? This is my debug info
