问题如标题：在编辑视图下点击大纲标题页面抖动的问题

个人排除后，发现本插件与table enhancer插件冲突，但能力有限不知如何解决

因为在他人issue下回复没有得到作者您的反馈，在此新开一个issue

额(⊙o⊙)…才发现插件市场没有Table Enhancer这个插件，用42更新最新版后没有上述问题了
