State management in CropViewModel for straighten/Skew operations
Provides Menu UX for selecting between Straighten, Horizontal Skew, Vertical Skew
Do not currently maintain rotation degrees state when switching between the three modes.

This UX and state logic is provided as an aid for prototyping and testing a possible solution for Skew operations.

@rickshane I close this PR for now since it hasn't been updated for a while. You can reopen it anytime if you have any new ideas.
