Warn of closing services.msc before uninstalling #57

I had this problem when using the -u command with services.msc open:

"The specified service has been marked for deletion"

A small warning next to the uninstall instructions in the doc would be nice.

I actually wasn't aware of this. I will make that note in the doc's for the 
next update.

Added note to the uninstall section of the docs. I was actually unable to 
reproduce this.
