Some videos doesn`t work #7

It's an issue with playing huge part of videos. Some of them work so slow like an 0.25 speed, some of them doesn`t start with error message on the top, only some short videos work fine. Tested it at old version, but it's the same at last. What can I do to fix this?

Google is delaying the download video. No solution and ideas.
