Add soundmanager2 library #148

Sound is getting big on the net, it would be nice to have Scott Schiller's 
soundmanager2 on goog's cdn
Also what's the difference b/w the google ajax api cdn and the app engine 
cdn?  Other than updates being automatically pushed to ajax apis, is there 
any significant difference?
I often wonder if an actual homo sapiens reads stuff thats posted at google 
(as opposed to say, computers with brains as depicted in the animatrix).  
If a human being at google really is reading this.. well, you guys rock :)

I use soundmanager2 and it would be good to have it on google's cdn.
