custom search control label lost when more customer search WebSearch components added #296

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a Custom Search Control with a custom search ID
2. add another WebSearch and setSiteRestriction to another custom search ID

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a. expected output is two tabs with the labels set to defined Search engine 
name 
b. instead first tab is 'Custom Search Control' and second tab is labeled with 
given search engine 
name

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using Google Custom Search API on Mac OS X

just double checked - this bug is only in Safari (4.0.3)
