Feed API should preserve spaces in plain text title for XML output #330

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Call Feed API with output=xml on a feed that has multiple consecutive
spaces in title of an item 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
multiple consecutive spaces are discarded and replaced by one space

Please provide any additional information below.
The same request with output=json preserve the multiple spaces
