json2 support in Libraries API #377

I think that http://www.json.org/js.html would be extremely useful and would 
promote people making safer AJAX/JSON requests by not blindly using eval() on 
potentially malicious data. It's in the Public Domain so I don't see how any 
license issues could possibly arise.
