API for Virtual Keyboard - typing with german keyboard on google.hr

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to google.hr
2. Please, use german keyboard
3. German windows locale
4. Activate virtual keyboard
5. Try to type char "Z" with your german keyboard and you will get an "Y"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected = Z
see instead = Y

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Chrome browser and google.hr ;)
+ german keyboard + german windows locale

Please provide any additional information below.
Setting my windows locale to english or croatian all works fine!

This sounds like it might be an issue with google.hr instead of the API 
directly. The best place for this kind of suggestion may be on the Web Search
