Clarify 'CSE data rendering' vs. TOU/TOS #488

Custom Search Data Rendering documentation explains how to customize and 
replace result elements:

  http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/documentation/customsearch/rendering.html

  e.g.:
  "... The webResult element generates a
   complete result structure, but you can
   replace any element ...."

Google:  Please review that documentation vis-a-vis the AJAX Search API TOU and 
the CSE TOS:  If you see any apparent possibility that some readers might be 
confused about certain points, please consider providing further clarification 
in future revised documentation and/or terms.  (I will refrain from any further 
comment because I am NOT a lawyer or legal expert.)  Thanks!

Please do not reply (except for administrative replies).  I do not want a 
discussion on this topic.  (Note to admins: If you are able to lock this issue 
to prevent replies, please do so.)  The only purpose of this post was to 
suggest to Google a possible point of clarification for future documentation.
