Merge jQuery & jQuery UI into a single file #492

As all implementations of jQuery UI require jQuery, I guess it makes sense to 
combine both files into a single one and save one HTTP request.
This performance optimization is even recommended by Page Speed!

The Libraries API is designed to supply the JavaScript libraries exactly as 
provided to Google.  This allows you to check them against checksums provided 
by the library owners.  Therefore, we're unable to combine or otherwise change 
the files.
